Charlene Leigh - Office Manager
For reference questions, inter-jurisdictional correspondence, organizational problem-solving and a sense of reality mixed with compassion.

Maryann Matthews - Membership
For address labels, Lodge supplies, awards, dues statements, dues cards, pamphlets, brochures, and wholesome advice and sympathy. Monthly reports and year end reports.

Sanna Lundquist - Bookkeeper
For information about what your Lodge owes for supplies ordered from Grand Lodge or to complain that you already paid the bill.

Marty McCarthy - Data Management
For information on web page, publications, election cards, registrations (1-Day Conferrals, Wardens' Seminars, Annual Communications, etc.) and computer-related issues. Just don't call her "Brother" - she hates that!

Jane Davis - Executive Secretary
Inter-Jurisdictional Correspondence, membership, general correspondence, and keeping the Grand Secretary on his toes.

Kathleen Lau - Bookkeeper
Works with Sanna to keep the books straight, Life Membership program. Also a font of knowledge on holiday recipes.
